My Coaching Story

I have been coaching/mentoring adults and families since 2000, helping my clients throughout the Central Florida area as well as other states. Professionally supporting them to achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and overcoming setbacks in life through the use of thoughts provoking questioning. I specialize in creating personalized plans centered on my signature process of, Constant Conscious Contact. I am also equipped and trained for providing this process from the Faith-based belief if requested. Progress and joy in life are attainable and sustainable. I have also suffered and conquered serious battles with life-controlling issues and their adverse consequences.
